Born in 1966 Istanbul Mr. Hasan Özer founding partner of Authority Law Firm finished Kabataş Boys’ High School and entered Marmara University Faculty of Law Department Istanbul. Further to the admittance to the Istanbul Bar Association and earned a J.D., Michigan State University College of Law, 2001 Probate and Estate Planning Certificate from the Institute of Continuing Legal Education.
Practice in various civil areas, including estate planning, probate of estates, real estate, and general litigation. I strive to maintain a practical approach to issues and conflicts, giving clients a realistic analysis of their matters and options for efficient and effective resolution. Always oriented towards clients’ ultimate goals, approaches litigation as a tool and not as a game. My commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and clear communication informs my course in every matter.
Focus on providing clients both local and international with the best quality legal services by maximizing attorney efficiency, ensuring fair billing, and preserving the highest of ethical standards. When he is not working, Hasan enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. His hobbies include traveling, real estate development, and the outdoors.

A partner at Authority Law Firm, Mr. Ahmet Feyzi focuses on providing a holistic approach to protecting his client’s financial and non-financial wealth. As both an estate planning attorney and Certified Financial Planner, Ahmet serves as a trusted advisor to his clients, providing both legal and financial counsel.
Ahmet Feyzi pursued his undergraduate studies at Tashkent State University in Uzbekistan and graduated from the Law School at Istanbul University in 2004. He obtained a Master’s degree in Law and Information Technology from Stockholm University in 2010. Before joining Authority Law Firm, he served as a legal counsel for a leading Turkish bank, Yapı ve Kredi Bankası, which is part of an Italian-Austrian banking group.

Att. Haleh Ulusoy
Associate
Att. Haleh Ulusoy registered to Istanbul Bar Association Turkey, gives legal service to her clients in a wide variety of legal areas especially in resolving business disputes and trust and estate planning and administration. She is an associate attorney of Authority Law Firm.
After she completed her high school degree in Turkey, she went to Belgium with AFS intercultural exchange program and completed her high school degree in Belgium. Upon her return to Turkey, she obtained her law licence degree from Marmara University of Law Faculty of Istanbul, Turkey.
During her university education, she had participated in Philip C.jessup International Law Moot Court Competition on behalf of Marmara University, Istanbul.
She became member of Istanbul Bar Association, then after she had been granted to a masters, LL.M by Gent University of Belgium in the field of European and Comparative law. She is currently PHD candidate at istanbul Commercial University – European Union and International Trade Law.
She is specialized in all matters concerning International Private Law, European Law, Family Law, Employment Law, Real Estate Law, Penal Law and Tort Law. She speaks fluent English and has good command of Dutch, and moderate French. She is also authorized as a solicitor, barrister.
